30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unopened and unused products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date.

Important: Due to hygiene regulations, opened or used contact lenses cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Check The product must be in its original packaging and unopened
  • Check All seals and security tags must be intact
  • Check The product must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Check Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • X Products with damaged or broken seals
  • X Items missing original packaging or accessories

How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned items and verify their condition, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are credited back to your original payment method. If your payment method is no longer valid, we will issue store credit.

Bank Notification

After we process your refund, your bank may take additional time to post credit to your account. Please allow 3-5 business days for credit to appear.

Out of Stock / Shortage

Occasionally, some products may be out of stock. If your order contains out-of-stock items, you will receive a shortage notification with your shipment.

What to Do

Please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange or refund for out-of-stock items.

Refund Calculation

  • Refund amount is calculated based on the actual product quantity delivered
  • Discount amounts are not included in refund calculation
  • Refund is calculated based on the ratio of payment amount to total product value

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Important: Please report any damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage if possible.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for unopened and unused products within the 30-day return window. You can exchange for a different color, power, or style.

To request an exchange, follow the same return process and select 'Exchange' as your return reason. You will be able to choose your replacement product during the process.

Please do not file for refunds directly with PayPal or credit card, as this will result in additional processing fees for us.
