Orders over $15.00 qualify for free shipping to all destinations.
Standard Shipping
For orders under $15.00, a flat shipping fee of $4.95 applies.
Special Shipping Rates
United States - Remote & Special Areas
Applies to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO/FPO military addresses.
• Free shipping: Orders over $50.00
• Standard shipping: $20.00 flat rate per order under $50
Middle East Region
Applies to: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Israel.
Additional $10.00 per order for taxes and processing fees.
Latin America Region
Applies to: Chile, Mexico, South Africa.
Additional $10.00 per order for handling fees.
Australia - Remote Areas
Additional fees apply to remote areas in Australia, excluding major cities and their surroundings.
Major Cities (No Extra Fee): Sydney (NSW), Melbourne (VIC), Brisbane (QLD), Adelaide (SA), Canberra (ACT), and surrounding areas.
Remote Areas: Additional $9.50 per order for delivery to remote regions.
Note: If your shipping fee is $0.00, you are not in extra charge area. Any additional fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Processing
All orders require 1-3 business days for processing before shipping. The delivery times listed above are in addition to processing time.
Package Tracking & Support
We provide full tracking monitoring for all packages. You can check your package status at any time on our website or through third-party tracking services.
If your package is lost or not delivered: Don't worry! Contact us immediately and we will help resolve issue for you.
