- Ensure good lighting
Inserting Lenses
Step 1: Check the Lens
- Place the lens on your fingertip
- Check it's not inside out (edges should curve up, not flare out)
- Ensure it's clean and free of debris
Step 2: Hold Your Eye Open
- Use one hand to hold your upper eyelid
- Use the middle finger of your other hand to pull down your lower eyelid
Step 3: Insert the Lens
- Look straight ahead or up
- Gently place the lens on your eye
- Blink slowly a few times
Step 4: Check Comfort
- If uncomfortable, remove and reinsert
- Ensure the lens is centered on your eye
Removing Lenses
